We want your purchase to be clear and worthwhile. This policy applies to products whose sales page states a money-back guarantee.
Digital products
For digital products that state a 7-day guarantee, you can request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if the product does not match its sales-page description. Please include your order number and purchase email.
Coaching and services
Changes to or cancellations of coaching sessions should be communicated as soon as possible. Any refund or rescheduling will be assessed based on the booking circumstances, time reserved and what has already been delivered.
Future physical products
If physical products are offered, the relevant shipping, return and exchange policy will be shown on that product page before checkout.
