Affiliate program at a glance

Your account is active immediately after registration.

  • Commission varies by product. Check the rate in your dashboard. It applies after discounts, excluding shipping. A 0% rate means no commission.
  • Only successful sales qualify. Failed payments, cancelled orders, refunds and your own purchases earn no commission.
  • Payout on the 5th. The previous month’s eligible commission is transferred in full, with no minimum payout. The store owner reviews and transfers it manually. Months follow successful customer payments in Malaysia time.

What if the commission rate changes?

Each order uses the rate in effect when the customer clicks “Continue to payment” and that order is recorded. Later rate changes do not affect that order’s commission.

Example: the rate is 10% when an order is created. Even if it later changes to 15%, that order keeps the 10% rate. On a product value of RM100 after discounts, that is RM10 once the sale qualifies.

Which referral link counts?

If a customer opens several affiliate links, the most recent valid link in the same browser session gets the referral. Clicks are counted once per affiliate per session—not as separate people.
