Privacy Policy (PDPA 2010)
This policy explains how Najmi Nasrudin (“we”) collects and uses your personal data in accordance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
1. Data we collect
- Order & account data: your name, email address and WhatsApp number, provided at checkout.
- Payment data: processed by our payment provider CHIP (chip-in.asia). We receive a transaction result and reference, not your full card number.
- Usage data: pages visited and actions taken, collected via cookies and tags (see below).
2. How we use it
- To process orders and deliver your ebooks and coaching booking links.
- To provide customer support and account access.
- To send transactional emails and, if you consent, marketing updates.
- To measure and improve our marketing and website performance.
3. Cookies & tracking
We use Google Tag Manager to load analytics and advertising tags, which may include Google Analytics 4, Meta (Facebook) Pixel and TikTok Pixel. These set cookies that help us understand traffic and measure ad conversions. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate: our payment processor (CHIP), email/hosting providers, and the analytics/advertising platforms named above. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention
We keep order and account records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
6. Your rights under PDPA
